Payment Terms

Before making a payment, you must review the quoted price, currency, inclusions, exclusions, traveller details, product description, supplier terms, cancellation rules, amendment rules, service fees, payment surcharges and booking confirmation status.

A quote is not a confirmed booking unless we state in writing that the supplier has confirmed the booking and we have issued a written confirmation.

Some bookings require a deposit to request or secure space. The deposit amount, whether any part is non-refundable, and the balance due date will be disclosed in your quote or booking confirmation.

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, if you do not pay the balance by [balance due date] or any supplier deadline, the supplier may cancel the booking, release inventory, impose fees, increase the price or treat the booking as forfeited.

Customer-facing fees may include [service fee], [amendment fee], [cancellation processing fee], [payment surcharge], supplier fees, card surcharges, bank fees, chargeback fees or currency conversion charges. Applicable fees will be disclosed before payment where they apply.

Card and payment surcharges will not exceed the amount permitted by applicable law. Your bank or card issuer may charge separate fees that are outside our control.

Until a booking is confirmed by the supplier, prices and availability may change because of supplier inventory, fare rules, taxes, exchange rates, fuel surcharges, seasonal pricing or system updates.

If payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is subject to suspected fraud checks, the booking may remain unconfirmed or be cancelled. You remain responsible for paying any valid amounts due for confirmed services, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
