Terms and Conditions

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, we act as a travel agent or intermediary. We arrange bookings with airlines, accommodation providers, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer providers, activity operators, insurers, visa service providers and other travel suppliers.

The travel service itself is usually provided by the relevant supplier, not by us. Your booking may therefore be subject to both our terms and the supplier's terms, conditions of carriage, fare rules, cancellation rules, safety rules and operating requirements.

Prices, itineraries, availability, taxes, fees, exchange rates, room types, cabin categories and schedules are not guaranteed until the relevant supplier confirms the booking and we issue a written booking confirmation.

If a supplier changes a price or availability before confirmation, we will tell you and ask whether you wish to proceed, amend the request or cancel the request without proceeding to confirmed booking.

You must check that all names, dates, passport details, contact details, loyalty numbers, dates of birth, room or cabin selections, flight sectors, special requests and traveller information are accurate before payment and again when you receive your confirmation.

You are responsible for passports, visas, transit permissions, entry rules, health requirements, vaccination requirements, insurance suitability, fitness to travel and compliance with airline, cruise, accommodation, border and government requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Statements such as non-refundable, cancellation fee, service fee or supplier fee apply only to the extent permitted by law and are subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
