Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend a booking, you must contact us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation and amendment outcomes depend on the supplier's terms, the type of product, the stage of booking, any tickets or vouchers already issued, and any costs already incurred.

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, you may be responsible for supplier cancellation fees, supplier amendment fees, non-refundable supplier charges, payment surcharges, bank fees, and our disclosed agency service or processing fees.

If a supplier cancels, delays, reschedules, withdraws or materially changes a travel service, we will assist you to request the remedy made available by the supplier, which may include a replacement service, credit, date change or refund.

Where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to a remedy, including a refund or replacement service, those rights apply despite any contrary wording in these terms or a supplier policy.

Refund timing depends on the supplier, payment provider, card issuer, bank and any fraud or chargeback checks. We will process any refund due from us within a reasonable time after we receive the relevant supplier confirmation and funds, where supplier funds are required.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method unless we agree another lawful method in writing.

If a supplier offers a credit or voucher, its validity period, transferability, fare difference, blackout dates, rebooking fees and expiry rules are set by that supplier unless we state otherwise.

You do not have to accept a credit or voucher where you are legally entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
