Supplier Disclosure

Most travel products are provided by independent third-party suppliers. These may include airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, destination management companies, transfer providers, vehicle operators, attractions, insurance providers and visa or documentation providers.

We are responsible for providing our agency services with due care and skill. We are not responsible for operating aircraft, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, attractions, border control, government services or other supplier-controlled services unless we expressly state that we are the principal provider of that service.

Your booking may be subject to supplier fare rules, conditions of carriage, health and safety rules, cabin or room rules, minimum age rules, baggage rules, check-in rules, cancellation fees, amendment fees and no-show rules.

We will take reasonable steps to disclose important customer-facing charges and restrictions before you book. You should also read the supplier terms provided to you or linked in your booking documentation.

We may receive commission, margin, incentives or other commercial benefits from suppliers. Unless required by law or expressly agreed with you, confidential supplier commission amounts are not itemised separately.

Customer-facing fees payable by you, such as our service fee, amendment fee, cancellation processing fee or card surcharge, will be disclosed before payment where they apply.

Weather, strikes, government action, public health events, border restrictions, safety issues, aircraft or vessel changes, itinerary adjustments, port changes, overbooking, operational disruption and other events outside our control may affect your travel.

We will help you communicate with the supplier and understand available options, but we cannot guarantee a supplier's decision, timetable, remedy or operating outcome.
